About DibDirt
DibDirt is a commercial project-intelligence service for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. It monitors supported official public permit, plan-review, project-registration, and procurement sources, filters for trade-relevant commercial activity, and delivers matched Fresh Dirt by territory.
What DibDirt does
- Monitors supported official public construction and procurement sources
- Filters for commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing relevance
- Preserves source provenance so project records can be checked
- Separates verified public-source facts from unknown procurement status
- Delivers matched project intelligence by customer territory
Who DibDirt is for
DibDirt is built for commercial trade contractors, estimators, sales teams, and business-development teams that want to spend less time searching fragmented public systems and more time qualifying and pursuing real project activity.
What DibDirt does not claim
A public project record is evidence that activity exists. It is not automatically proof that a subcontract remains open, that a contractor has not already been selected, or that a customer will win the work. DibDirt does not manufacture bid status, trade-specific contract value, or scope details that the source does not establish.
Founder
DibDirt was founded in 2026 by Jennifer Himebaugh. The product grew from a practical sales problem: commercial contractors can spend hours searching fragmented public records for project signals that may be useful for business development.
Pricing and contact
DibDirt is currently $99/month, month-to-month. Coverage depth and opportunity volume vary by jurisdiction and public-source availability.
