Information DibDirt collects

DibDirt may collect information customers provide such as company name, email address, service territory, trade, project-value preferences, subscription status, and service-delivery history.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. DibDirt does not store full payment-card numbers on its own servers.

How information is used

Information is used to operate DibDirt, match project opportunities, deliver Fresh Dirt emails, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

DibDirt uses service providers to operate the product, including infrastructure, payment-processing, and email-delivery providers. These currently include Google Cloud, Stripe, and Resend.

Sharing

DibDirt does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect DibDirt or its users, or complete a business transaction involving the service.

Retention and security

DibDirt retains information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used to protect stored information.
