Terms of Service

Effective: September 2026

1. The service

DibDirt provides commercial construction project opportunity information based on customer-selected territory and project preferences. The current public offering focuses on commercial HVAC.

2. Project information

DibDirt uses public and other permitted project information sources. Project records may change, become outdated, contain errors, or omit information. DibDirt distinguishes known source facts from information that has not been verified where reasonably possible.

DibDirt does not guarantee that a project is currently open for bidding, that work remains available, that a customer will receive an award, or that a stated total project estimate represents the value of any particular HVAC contract.

3. Subscription and billing

DibDirt is currently offered for $99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, territory, and project-preference information and for independently verifying project suitability before relying on or acting on an opportunity.

5. Cancellation

DibDirt is month-to-month. Customers may cancel future renewals. See the Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, DibDirt does not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.

7. Acceptable use

Customers may use DibDirt information for their own legitimate commercial business-development activities. Customers may not use the service to unlawfully scrape, abuse, interfere with, resell, or misrepresent DibDirt or its information.

8. Availability

DibDirt may change supported sources, territories, functionality, and delivery methods as the service develops. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation

DibDirt is an information service. Business decisions, bids, estimates, contracts, and communications with project participants remain the customer's responsibility.
